Terms of Use
SoonSure (the "app") is software made by muilyzz (the "developer") and distributed through the Apple App Store. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. Downloads and purchases through the App Store are also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement; where the two conflict, Apple's agreement prevails.
1. License
The developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, or offer it as part of another service.
2. Your data
Everything you enter is yours and is stored only on your device. The developer does not access or retain it. See the Privacy Policy. Backing up your data is your responsibility; keeping iCloud Backup on is recommended.
3. Nature of the app
The app is a personal record-keeping tool. Its ledger features organize the numbers you enter; they are not accounting, tax or financial advice and do not replace your financial institution's records. Check original records before important decisions.
4. Changes and discontinuation
The developer may add, change or remove features; changes are described in each version's release notes in plain language. The developer may stop distributing the app without notice. Because the app does not depend on a server, an installed app and its data remain on your device even if distribution stops.
5. Paid features
The app is currently free. If paid features are added, payment and refunds follow Apple's App Store policies, and the scope and price of such features are shown clearly in the app before purchase.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from error, and is not liable for data loss or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the app. Rights that cannot be excluded under consumer protection law are unaffected.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises, please write to the address below first; most things are resolved by talking.
