Privacy Policy

Effective October 8, 2026 · Applies to the SoonSure app, widgets and complications for iOS and watchOS

SoonSure keeps your plans, records and ledger entries on your device only. This document is short because there is nothing to collect.

1. Information we collect

None. SoonSure has no account, no server, and no analytics, advertising or tracking SDK. Nothing you enter is sent to the developer or to anyone else.

2. Where your data lives

Entries are stored as a file in the app's own space on your iPhone (the App Group container). SoonSure's widgets on the same device, and the SoonSure app and complications on a paired Apple Watch, read that file. Data travels only over the channels Apple provides between your own devices; there is no developer server.

If you use iCloud Backup, the file may be included in Apple's device backup, which is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

3. Permissions

SoonSure does not access location, contacts, photos, calendars or health data. If photo, calendar or bank-transaction import is added later, iOS will ask for permission at the moment you turn that feature on, and this document will be updated. If you never turn it on, nothing changes.

4. Retention and deletion

Data stays on your device until you remove it. You can delete entries one by one in the app; deleting the app deletes all of its data. Because the developer holds no data, no deletion request process is needed.

5. Children

SoonSure collects no one's information, so it collects no children's information.

6. Changes

If this document changes, the effective date on this page is updated and meaningful changes are also noted in the app's release notes.
